Jewelry Care

Recommendations for caring for your jewelry.

Although all our jewelry is water-resistant, we want it to retain its initial shine forever, so we recommend the following tips:

The first recommendation we want to give you is not to do sports activities while wearing your jewelry. The pH generated by each person's sweat could alter the stability of the piece, even ruining its plating.

Bathing or showering with salt water or chlorine can cause the jewelry to lose its shine and color.

As far as possible, contact with cosmetic or household products that may alter the colour of the piece should be avoided. Some of these are: hairspray, perfumes, moisturising creams, soap, cleaning products, among many others. We have observed that the use of hydroalcoholic gel can alter the gold plating more quickly, especially when seen on rings.

When cleaning the piece, use warm water, pH-neutral soap, a toothbrush and a cotton cloth or chamois. It is not advisable to store the pieces while they are still wet, so we recommend drying them carefully or their color/shine may be damaged.

It is advisable to store jewelry in individual cases or protected with paper, in this way we avoid scratches when in contact with other pieces.

Do not store jewelry where it is exposed to a lot of sunlight.
