1. SHIPMENTS:
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop, so they should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact us.
Important: Due to the saturation of courier companies during the Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday and Christmas season, some shipments may experience delays in delivery. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us.

BALEARIC ISLANDS
Standard Shipping: €5.95 | FREE for orders over €60
Delivery: 2-4 working days.


CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA and ANDORRA
Standard Shipping: €6.95 | FREE for orders over €90
Delivery: 5-10 working days.
Write the DNI number in the shipping information.
Any import charges or tariffs at destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery: 2-4 working days

Where can I receive my order?
Any valid address.
Maana is not responsible for any type of error in the delivery address. In the event that the address is incorrect and delivery cannot be made within the established time frame and/or the order is returned by the courier company, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
Delivery process
The courier must deliver the package to the recipient and will make at least 2 attempts at the address provided. Each courier is free to choose to contact the recipient at the telephone number provided, but this is not obligatory under any circumstances. If the person cannot be located after two attempts, the package will be returned to our store. In this case, we will contact you to be able to send it again.
Shipping costs do not include customs clearance fees that may apply depending on the delivery address.



2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so you can return products within 14 days of receiving your order. To complete the return, we will need you to contact us via email maana.oficialstore@gmail.com . We will send you instructions on how to make the return.
The customer must pay the shipping costs unless the product has arrived defective. In this case, please contact us and we will send you a link to manage the exchange.
Refunds are only granted if there has been an error during the purchasing process and an item has been purchased that is temporarily or permanently out of stock. In such cases, the money will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
Exchanges or returns of products from the "OUTLET" section will not be accepted.
It is essential that the products subject to exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise said exchange or return will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure that the returned products are in perfect condition.
Refunds are paid in the form of a gift card. This voucher has no expiration date and can be used online and in our physical store. We send it to you by email and you can add it to your wallet so you don't lose it.
Some products are exempt from returns for hygiene reasons. These products include all earrings.

CHANGES
The exchange period is 30 calendar days. The product you wish to exchange must be sent as received (with the original packaging) to the following address:

You can exchange the product for any other item from our online store. If there is a price difference, we will send you a voucher or you will have to pay the amount through a link that we will send you by email.

Maana reserves the right to change/return an order that does not meet such requirements.
